Struggling with Mental Health

I’m right there with you, I’m moving into a new place with my husband and I am completely useless. I hate not being able to even put my clothes away

I completely understand. After just walking up the stairs I feel like I just ran a marathon, the palpations are unbearable.

Needed this. I’ve been unable to clean my room for days now and everytime I try it’s like training for the Olympics and trying not to pass out. I feel gross and embarrassed of it.

I understand the feeling. It's horrible if not controlled
