Are MS Diets Really Effective?

nothing yet, but i have been looking into the terry wahls protocol! for someone with a huge sweet tooth, like myself lol, seems like a pain but if itll work maybe it’s worth it?

I don't know if any diet can stop MS, but I try to eat a healthy Mediterranean diet, it can't hurt in my opinion. Did you try anything?
