Hi, I am struggling with controlling edema in my hands and feet due to venous insufficiency. Anyone having the same? Anyone with comments on how to manage this?

      Hi. I didn't know that humidity is a factor. I live in Florida with no plans or intention on moving. I need to pay attention if I see a difference on less humid days.

      I have had the problem forever...diagnosed when in college I try not to have salt, sleep enough and avoid humidity. Two of those I have control over. Hoping to move to AZ when I retire.

      Hi, I have had a swelling problem forever....what makes it worse is not sleeping enough, not watching my salt intake and humidity

      Watch your sodium intake especially on packaged foods. Try wearing compression socks. Elevate your feet often during the day.
