    Just therapy. I'm actually pretty afraid of taking medicines after some pretty bad side affects when I was a kid.

      I’ve experienced a lot of bad side effects from meds too and am extremely selective about which I take now, I take a minimum to keep the mania at bay but nothing else worked long term anyway

    therapist and zoloft is the medication that works for me, when i get more depressed i just raise the dose and that helps

    I’m taking trileptal and so far it’s been helping a lot. I started it back in early December and it’s like I’m a different person now. Even my boyfriend said so.
