Hi, does anyone have any tips or advice on how to get over a really bad day?

      The thing that helps me most is just realizing that you're not the only one who has those days. And then doing whatever I feel like doing! For me, this usually means reading with a blanket, playing games, trying a new outfit, or even just washing my face. Little self care things like that go a long way ❤️

      Reading something your interested in, listening to upbeat music, I gage in sketching, painting, dancing, cooking; Distract your attention!!

      What may help is just taking a step back and letting yourself just rest and relax while watching a favorite show or movie and eating your favorite snacks and drinking plenty of water. Also just to remind yourself that even if today is not the best day tomorrow may be better. Sometimes just going out and doing something you enjoy like going to thrift stores may help. Sometimes just letting yourself do some self care like Journaling and face masks may help.

      Doing things that I enjoy most like gardening, which sucks right now since it is winter. But crafts, drawing, wood burning, spending time with my husband and daughter. If you have pets they help too! Playing with them and loving on them help me. Yesterday was a hard day and my daughter noticed this and she can make me laugh and calms me down also!
