Experiencing Unusual Symptoms: Anxiety or Something Else?

I keep having these random episodes, I don't know if it is anxiety or not. Last month I smoked weed for the first time and my symptoms were unusual. My vision was very weird, when I moved it look like my vision was lagging and my sense of touch was all fuzzy. It lasted an hour and I went to bed. The start of this month I had the same symptoms randomly at night. I panicked and it got worse. It when happened every other day for about 5 days. Then my symptoms bece shakiness and faster heartbeat. Thena few days later is became left chest pain amd left arm pain. Whenever that would happen id freak out and start thinking "am i having a heart attack?" I never did. I started taking Zoloft a few days ago to help.So far no panicking but I feel very tired and weak all the time, and I feel like im going to pass out alot. Even if I sleep for a whole 8 hours.
