Constant Muscle Pain and Spasms: Need Help!

I talk to my doctor and he put me on magnesium 400 mg twice a day and it has already started helping me . He said my magnesium was so low and that was what was causing my muscle pain . I recommend try magnesium if you are having muscle pain and spasms . Thanks

Lyrica wasn’t helpful for me, but a combination of celecoxib and gabapentin are helping enough that I rarely need pain pills.

I can relate. I have spasms in most of my body. I'm on Zanaflex which helps 4 the most part. Used 2 have really bad neck spasms which would involve my neck turning 2 one side 2 where I couldn't turn it bk straight and would sometimes go from my neck and into my body, which was very painful. My pain dr was gonna put me on Lyrica 4 fibromyalia anyways. He said it should help with the bad spasms in my neck.. idk what's in Lyrica but it helped tremendously
