I had a utv accident 4ish years ago and I have had constant migraines ever since. I've had an mri done and everything was normal I got put on meds and they didnt help idk what else I can do

I also had a 4 wheeling accident 4yrs ago and now I have chronic migraines it took a very long time and a neurologist couldn’t help at first I got my answers from a chiropractor he took x rays and sad it was my neck and spine, started going to him and then told the neurologist and they put me on amitriptyline and gabapentin it helped so much and now I get injections in my back and have also gotten occipital nerve blocks in the back of my head.

was the MRI of your brain? you need a brain AND c-spine MRI to rule out any causes related to injuries from the accident. Getting images of your entire spine would be best, but that gets expensive 😅
