does anyone else get debilitating neck pain out of nowhere? my neck usually always hurts to some degree, but sometimes the muscles around the top of the neck/back of the skull start hurting so much i can't stand or sit up. and this leads to other problems like migraines, too. i used to see a physical therapist for this, but unfortunately i can't afford that anymore. i've been wondering if a neck brace could help, does anyone have experience with that or anything else that helped your neck pain?
