lately ive been losing time really badly, and ill forget where i am briefly. it’s as if im waking up. does anyone else experience this and is it normal? is it something i should bring up with my mental healthcare team?

I have those issues but I also have DID so the "waking up" feeling is often a switch for us. Obviously I know very little about your situation but the waking up feeling was our biggest symptom of being plural before we were told we were a system.

@Elytra And as for the time blindness itself, that's common for many dissociative disorders and for ADHD. And possibly others, those are just the ones we have
