I feel like a failure. I’m so focused on the cycle of ups and downs, the burn out, the sadness and pain within me. I don’t feel like I can really get ahead in my life, and I don’t feel like I can break out of this. Any advice or words of encouragement?

I get lost in thinking of what I jave not done. I shoukd have been able to do more or I should be doing more. My room is still mess and I csnt grt it organized I'm a failure for thst... stuff of that sort. It is SO much easier to be kind and love someone else than it is ourselves. I am struggling woth that a lot and I think it is toed with feeling like a failure. Celebrate the small accomplishments because even getting out of bed I an accomplishment

@Brobi1 I am my own harshest critic and worst enemy. I can be kind and forgiving and lienant and understanding with everyone .... but heaven forbid if I give myself any slack... it's the best from me or I failed
I know how you're feeling, even when I catch a stride in my life I still feel like I'm so far behind where I want to be in life. I feel like we're always gonna feel that way because we want so much for our lives but we can forget that we've also come so come this far and that's something to be proud of! And at the end of the day we're all just trying our best so please be kind to yourself 🤗
