Most of the time, my room. Or wherever my cat is, so I can sit and sulk with him lol. Or i'll put on a series and submerge myself in it like a way out of my own life for a bit. And sleep if I'm able to.

If I can't sleep, I get together lots of pillows and blankets and a cup of tea and watch one of my comfort shows.

I usually grab my bird then hide out in my room under the covers
outside or to sleep, mot a big outdoorsy person but taking a walk with my dog in the woods behind my house really clears my mind sometimes

I’m glad I am not the only one who thought “sleep” was the logical answer to this query. :-) If I’m too overwhelmed & anxious about all the many things I have to do, I’ll tucker myself out by cleaning up or trying to do anything productive, until I’m exhausted & pass out into a coma-like recovery sleep. :)

@SuicideShrimp sleep is hard when you have constant anxiety as well 😔
@Crossmar17 if I'm too anxious to sleep, I just hide in my duvet and read (a book I've read many times before) or watch a TV series on my phone. I don't answer calls or messages and just check out for a bit. I just need time to pass, because with time things settle?
@Crossmar17 I recommend diphenhydramine for sleep, I take 50mg at night and usually fall asleep within a couple hours
In a duvet den in my bedroom. I try to sleep as much as I can until my brain reboots and I can cope with life again.
