Dealing with Constipation Caused by Zofran for IBS-C

I have IBS-C and a lot of unexplained nausea. I know Zofran can be VERY constipating, and I found out it is for me. For others that deal with it, how do you keep things moving if you have to take this medicine? :(

I take mirolax in my coffee combined with trulance in the am and motegrity In the afternoon but I also have gastroparesis…trulance has been a lifesaver for me! I used to take Linzess and it was great but then suddenly stopped working

i take senna, and eating dairy is good for the bacteria in your gut, especially yogurt
