Hello! I have panic disorder w agoraphobia š as a result of sudden severe illness that has since turned chronic. I was hoping that Lexapro would work, as itās the first ssri Iāve not had an allergic reaction to. However, if I go over 5mg I get nighttime panic attacks out of the blue, and thatās not normal for me. I also feel it makes me more irritable. If the Lex doesnāt work out, my psychiatrist wants to put me on an snri. Does anyone here have experience with those for treating panic attacks?
