Hello, fellow gal with hyperactive symptoms!!!!

Maybe you already know, but ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is the same as ADD (attention deficit disorder) but without hyperactivity. So maybe your question is how do you deal with ADHD? I take meds and use timers to try to help my innattentiveness, and my hyperactivity is mostly stimming and sometimes effects my social interactions but I don’t really have tips for that. I hope you are doing well!!
