I got this digital book of sorts about MD and it said the best way to stop is to write it all down. I've tried so many times, but I always end up feeling STRONG negative emotions and delete everything. the book said that would happen and it's part of the reason it works. has anyone had success writing it all down??

I draw comics and make cartoons about my MADD and it exacerbates it to be honest

I did actually. I wrote down one of my favorite paracosms, but I lost interest once I started posting it online because I didn't get any comments š
I daydream from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep so if I did that I would probably never stop writingš best of luck though. Feel free to reach out if you ever need somebody to talk to :)
