I swear it never ends ! it's like 2 steps forward 10 steps back !!!! my health anxiety has been at 1000. and I found myself picking up a new unhealthy habit.... taking my temperature ALOT. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

agh this is me at the moment with heart rate!! i check it all the time. it might be hard but see if you can postpone checking even if for an hour. then after that hour is up, you might forget or at least you managed to put it off !! good luck and i hope it gets better ❤️

  @ambgr I use to do it ALOT to with my heart rate and blood pressure to! Now it's my stupid temperature! 🤦‍♀️ Uhh it never ends! Thank you! I hope you feel better too!!!
