I’ve struggled to even be able to get out of bed for a week now, thankfully my boyfriend made me get a shower and brush the knots out of my hair

A tip my therapist told me is to take little steps in being able to get out of bed. Like first get yourself to just sit in bed or hang your feet over the bed, then once you can do that then try to stand in your room, then take a few steps around your room, then stand outside your room. It's okay to return to bed after making those little accomplishments, it's the fact you're trying that matters. It's a process.
