      Lifelong depression issues here. I just completed a 36 day protocol of TMS treatments (Trans Cranial Magnetic Stimulation) To say it was a complete life changing experience is an understatement. It has completely changed my life. ♥️ My Medicare even covered it. Highly recommend.

          @LolitaRivers it is a treatment that stimulates the serotonin levels in your brain. There is information online that probably describes it better than I can. It is a commitment for sure, as it involves a 5 day per week treatment plan until you have completed the 36 treatment protocol, but the results made it totally worth it.

      You're not alone. I have been depressed since I was a very young child. Drs wanted my mom to medicate me but she refused.
