I have been doing so well, and everything was going so perfectly. I got a good paying job, a very loyal and caring boyfriend, my own apartment, all at 18. And I'm still not happy, it still feels like it's not enough. I work so hard to get to where I'm at, and then I jump right back into square one. I can't do this anymore.

having all that going for you is so awesome; i'm glad! i know that feeling, though. a core part of my life-long depression is being emotionally in the gutters regardless of what positives i have going for me. some of my most shining moments and happiest months in life have coincided with my worst flares of depression. i think one good thing you can do in those crashes is first give yourself time to grieve the fact that you're feeling down again, and then do a little bit at a time from there to fight through one more day. each day in the past is another you successfully lived through, and your track record of surviving tough stretches is 100%. you're doing so good. i believe in you, OP. ♡

Oh no.. I'm a few months away from doing all of those things. I haven't experienced that yet but if I did I'd try to focus on all of the things you did to get to that point. How hard you worked and how many people you had to prove to do it because I'm sure there's some

@Dylxn I've worked through so much to get here, and now that I finally did it I'm disappointed

@bunnievomit it's okay to not be satisfied, is there anything you can still work on or change?
