Dealing with Misunderstandings as a Complex Zebra

First off, Zebras are pretty fucking awesome!! They are unique, smart, fast, strong. Each zebra has a unique set of stripes that only THAT apply to that zebra. They are endangered because their are people that want these zebras. Own It!! You are unique and special not matter what you are "labeled". If you wanna be a zebra.. Then go be free and wild, unique and beautifully made!!

I went to my PCP to screen for EDS, I mentioned having POTS and Raynaud's Syndrome... He stopped me and was like "okay so, EDS is like a really rare condition, let's say it's like 1 in 10 but it's not even that...” –Yeah, orders of magnitude, I know. –"And then POTS is also rare, so lets say like 1 in 10–" –Yeah. Orders of magnitude rarer concurrently –"And then Reynauuud's.. might be like 1 in 10, say..." –🙄 –"So then that makes it like.. 1 in... 30–" –One thousand*. –"What?" –1 in ten to the quantity of 3, the events you describe are "dependent" events; so, in Probability calculation, is 1 in one thousand: 10×10=100; 100×10 = 1000 –"😶" –😮‍💨 1/10 = 10% or 0.1 × 1/10 (= 0.1) therefore == 0.1×0.1 == 0.01 == 1% × 1/10 = 0.1 == 0.01 × 0.1 == 0.001 == 0.1% chance, one in ten thousand. Doesnt understand, that these odds are if theres no reason to believe one condition may make another more likely. He knew i was Autistic, i was sitting in amber polarised glasses and I stated it openly so he could add it to my chart. He clearly doesn't understand dysautonomia is comorbid, or how that affects "odds."

Yeah I suspect highly that I have mcas but the allergists I have just ignore me so I'm just trying to document everything and see where it gets me
