Anxiety is running my life. I have daily panic attacks which paralyze my for hours after, I’m missing so much school and work and it’s only making the spiraling worse. I feel like I can’t keep up with my life anymore.

      I have the same issue! I hate this feeling. Every day I panic and have anxiety attacks. No matter what I’m doing, my body lets me know that I’m suppose to be anxious at this very moment.

      Your mental health is more important than school. If you need more time to do everything bc you’re hurting, please tell your guidance counselor/parents/best friend/favorite teacher. I promise you the time you take off to help yourself will never be wasted, even if it means a hiatus from school work. It sounds like you just need some help managing your symptoms! Please reach out to trusted loved ones and or a doctor about your troubles! You deserve help!

      exactly I get so stressed that I’m missing school that it even induces more panic attacks it’s a bad cycle I can’t get out of

      I relate to this because once I have a panic attack I’m out of it for hours or even days. I can’t get my school work done and then it gives me anxiety that I’m behind. I just try and stop the panic while it’s happening. I do the ice on your face trick and I do triangle breathing to stop it before it gets worse
