anyone else ever get birthday anxiety? my birthday is Monday and I've been extra anxious about it for the last week. not in a "getting older" way, it's more like performance anxiety where I'm afraid I won't react the right way and I'll have to behave very specifically for a LONG time. every holiday involving gifts does this to me, but it's especially bad when it's MY birthday so everyone's attention is on ME š¤® and since it's a long weekend everyone has extra time to expect things of me. horrible 0/10 would not recommend this experience
