Managing Pain: Tips and Tricks

I vape cannabis for pain and take a biologic to slow progression of the disease. Otherwise warmth, salt baths and rest/use cycles for pained areas.

That is a question with no easy answer. It really takes trial and error to see what works for you. I personally am on pain medications and biological meds to stop progression. I also use my breathing exercises and biofeedback I learned 20 years ago. It may seem like a silly recommendation, but one thing that helps me immensely is my heated mattress pad. The warm radient heat is so soothing, that it is my first recommendation to anyone with pain.
