My cervix now moves off of hormonal BC with the Paragard (Copper) IUD. I've had it for a month now. I noticed my partner now feels the strings and every time we have sex it seems to bother both him AND me. During sex I feel a soreness sensation almost like cramps. There was only one time he "moved" the string (which I verified after we did the deed when I felt the string was tucked near my cervix) and that's when everything felt 100% normal again. Has anyone had this with a new IUD too?
