Questioning My Friendships

i feel similar about my friends. i have a habit of ghosting people, including friends, and it’s hard for me to keep up with people if i don’t see them every day. i think part of that is that i don’t usually feel that close to other people, and i often feel like i’m bothering them or that they just don’t get me. i think this ties into my habit of self isolating because i usually think my friends wouldn’t want to hear about whatever i’m anxious about.
