Getting up

i have always been large but only over the last few years I struggle getting back up. I had to call for lift assist Especially when I fall out of the shower/ all naked and stuff :-(
@skbuzz same. My mom always said I was big boned, but I think that was her way of saying nicely that I'm fat. Lol.
I relate to all as well. I'm too big to bathe, and since I fell in the shower I'm terrified of it so I basically just use adult wet wipes during the week until the dreaded Saturday shower. šŖ
@Dad.of.Many oh I can relate to this! I I have fallen and need help getting back up so often I have an anxiety attack every time I start getting ready to take one.
@skbuzz I really thought I was the only freak for this..... I very happy to know someone similar
Definitely bathe and exercise for me
