Don't try a crash diet or try to lose weight too quickly. It's easier to fall off the bandwagon if you do those things! šŸ˜Š

Honestly make sure your heads on straight and you have a plan in case something happens during your progress whether you fall of the wagon or something stressful happens. A good support system is awesome

I found very helpful not to eat carbs after 6pm, thatā€™s a rule I came up with after understanding that my biggest problem was late night snacks. By making up this rule, I didnā€™t find any snack with no carbs so it became a habit šŸ˜…

First of all, do it for yourself and for your health, not for anyone else. Understand that in many cases losing weight means gaining health. The thing that helped me the most was making my environment sugar free. I got rid of all the snacks and candies I used to have in my house, so I wonā€™t be tempted by them. It's not easy, and I needed my friends and family support, but I lost 25 pounds for the last 3 months. Thereā€™s still a long way to go. So I hope I helped even a little and I wish you good luck on your journey!

To take it seriously and go all in because otherwise it gets really frustrating to "collect failures". So I'd say- cleaning the house from things that can break your diet, getting friends and family on board for support, and not depriving yourself of all that is good.. for me, a cheat meal once a week is sometimes all I need to keep going. Good luck, keep me posted on your journey, here to help!
