not sure what im doing but- I struggle to keep my emotions straight and i feel anxious talking to anyone. And im not sure how I'm going to survive in this fucked up world. I'm scared.

I found a tool that helped me personally, called Ginger. It's a phone app that I believe most insurances cover. I have weekly sessions via chat, not phone or FaceTime, with a coach that helps me work through my struggles. I've found a lot of helpful coping skills and new ways of thinking through them, it might be worth a shot. I'm not in any way affiliated with them, I just wish I would have found it sooner.
