Dealing with Terrible Stenosis Pain

I saw a neurologist for 3 years and they didn't help. I'm currently waiting for referrals 2 approve for neurosurgeon and a new neurologist/ pain Dr. Lyrica seemed 2 help but I'm only at a low dose waiting for upgrade. I have bilateral stenosis and tons of other stuff going on. Heat and ice and Physical therapy.

I take I bprofrin rest and use Vicks but ice or heat is supposed to help

I have it in my neck it's horrible 😩

I’m seeing my neurologist this week
