i overthink way too much. it gives me the biggest headaches that could last for hours to days. i think my other thinking has caused me to have ocd, recently ive been extremely precise and organized and there's so much of so little to organize and so that my brain is always going a million miles an hour. it's hurt me in real conversations irl, my adhd doesn't help bc I always get distracted while they're speaking, bc I can never look at people in the eyes, then my mind can wonder into a whole other dimension. im horrible over text, I can't form words, sentences, or responses sometimes and it frustrates me so much. idk what's wrong with me. why is my brain just so stressed out and going a million miles an hour. (yes im seeing a counselor soon)

Thanks for letting that out... Because I am the same way... I can never look someone in their eyes... Let alone be focused enough to dialect the whole conversation... Mainly because I can thoroughly listen and not really pay attention... Just like when I was in high school and never do homework but always ace the final exam...
