Childhood Bully Still the Same Toxic Person

Random post but I had a memory of when my bully (toxic fake friend) who was and still is (not in contact haven’t been for a long time but still know from others) the exact same as she used to be when we were children. Manipulative, maybe narcissistic, and bullies and gaslights others. She came over for a sleepover when I was about 10 and when I went to the toilet before we went to bed she said she had to come in as well even though I said no (I remember not liking the idea so I must’ve said something like “no” or “can’t u just wait in my bedroom”) she proceeded to tell me she’d hide in the bathtub and although the curtain was drawn I could still see her which means she could possibly have seen my yeah- privates. Is this classed as sexual harassment??
