Does anyone ever deal with dissociation after a really bad depressive episode? usually after I'm done being depressed for hours or all day, my mind kind of just zones out; my eyes can't focus, and I just feel empty or dead inside in a way. I don't know if it's because my brain was so focused on my depression that it just doesn't have any energy to do anything for an hour after (that's roughly around how long my dissociation episode lasts, sometimes shorter) or if it's because my brain is just done with trying to focus too much on certain things that caused the depressive episode
