Yes I have chronic pain and anxiety anxiety only one thing that I found I was addicted to pain meds at one time and I got myself off of them I just learn to embrace my pain it doesn't mean that I don't that I hurt any less but but I don't know what else to do I I I don't like taking pain meds and it doesn't may I don't get anxiety it makes it worse but I don't know what else to do
