Anyone with an autoimmune condition have sudden excruciating shoulder pain 1 side that has lasted for an extended period of time? No injury/ no fall. X ray showed no fracture. I had a steroid shot in the ER, on anti inflammatories, pain meds, ice and sling as needed. Nothing is working. I will be getting an MRI soon. Just wondered if anyone has experienced something similar and what did they find or any treatment that helped?
