Hi! I was recently diagnosed with POTS and I’ve been having these episodes of really intense nausea followed by hot flashes and then the a lot of shaking after. Is this common with other potsies?

It is with me plus chronic fatigue. Zofran is the only thing that helps but I can't take it because of my tachycardia and lqts. Scopolamine does a decent job at stopping the nausea and I like ice packs. The cardiologist said 3L a day of water helps
