Hey guys! I'm new to this, and i was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to celebrate and be okay with gaining weight? I've been struggling with my weight for about 3 years now, and I've recently just started trying to be okay with gaining weight and eating what i want.

It’s always okay to be proud of something you’ve been working hard on. Especially if you have been struggling with something and you have finally have been achieving it. I’m so proud of you for knowing what you want and what is best for you. You can always eat what you want.

@zeroooo thank you so much, i know starting in middle school i got it in my head that i had to be at 120lbs, and at the time i was 140 and i was literally just starving myself to get there. Ive had to force myself away from the scale, and thankfully my job has helped my appetite chasing around 13 3 year olds every day, definitely makes you hungry. Ive finally gotten back up to 135 and i feel sometimes thinking about the numbers hurts but i truly feel like i feel healthy right now

@Ryssa I know how it feels, I’ve been through an eating disorder when I was in the fifth grade. And trust me it is not easy getting used to eating again. Trust me, once you start gaining weight and seeing numbers going up on the scale you’ll be so proud of what you have accomplished. Look at how far you’ve gotten! Some people can’t make it to this part and you’re already aware of what’s right and wrong for you. I’m so proud of you and I hope everything goes well!!
