Should I email my new psychiatrist and ask why my two major mental illnesses -Bipolar I and General/Social Anxiety aren’t listened in my medical records? I was diagnosed with both back in 1999. I am worried if SSDI is not in my records will discontinue my disability benefits because that is why I am receiving the benefits. Thoughts?
