Parenting Twin Daughters with Rare Condition

hi I've created this account because I jave twin daughters who are now 26 fou d out from birth they are deaf then found out they have a very rare condition called perraults syndrome I couldn't find that on this app but this condition has caused many health problems including hip dysplasia that they had partical replacements thyroid ovarian failure and now severe neuropathy they are already having to use walkers and having g trouble holding things and are weak they use signlanguage to communicate just wo deri g if you all can let me know what I'm going to be facing with them the condition also cause lower learning level just wonder how bad the neuropathy is goi g tonget will they be in a wheel chair will they be able to use their ha ds to communicate can any one help me
