Hi I too have Empty Sella , I was diagnosed about 25 years ago , in the begining I suffered migraines headaches all the time , I would have to go to the E.R. to get pain shot ! ...
I really don't get them as much anymore ? And I've learned as soon as I feel a headache coming on I take Excedrin Migraine , over the counter , and lay down , I don't move for 20 mins and it goes away . But if I ignore it and not take something RIGHT AWAY ! it will turn into a full blown Migrane Headache with a trip to E.R.
