Recovering from Surgery, but Still in Pain

New here…had lumbar disc replacement surgery in December and recovering well with PT 2x/week. The problem is, my back is better, but the full body pain of fibromyalgia and joint pain from RA are not. It’s discouraging to still be in so much pain after all of this. Can anyone relate?

      I have had fusion of L4/5 and L5/S1 with titanium cage and screws. I drastically changed my diet and I still have major Fibromyalgia and RA flare ups. I stopped eating all meats (due to digestive issues) and went gluten-free die to too much inflammation in my body. My legs don’t hurt as much, but I am still in pain everywhere else 😢
