I’m going through a breakup at this moment and feeling so terrible. I really love my ex-boyfriend and thinking about not being with him anymore just kills me. I had relationships before but this breakup is destroying me. It’s been 3 weeks already, I cry and feel miserable all day every day. I just look at my phone just waiting for a call or message from him. I just wish I can die

I recently went through something similar. My boyfriend ghosted me out of thin air. The best advice I can give is surround yourself with people you trust. When you want to text him, text someone you know cares instead, set up a friend group night, help them get you out of your own head

I'm sorry :( Change is hard, especially losing someone you were so close to. Change is good though but it takes time to adjust. Be patient with yourself. It is okay to be sad and mourn because you will heal ❤️

I’ve always been pretty hard on myself with relationships, But honestly , just work on yourself. I had to learn after 9 times of getting back together with the one I loved more than any person in the world, that we just really aren’t meant to be together. He made me feel like all I done is my fault even though I’m just talking with him about how the relationship makes me feel worthless or desperate, while he treated me less than what I gave him. It’s hard to get over someone you love but sometimes it’s best to move on. Or maybe realize that it’s okay to have someone you love but need to let go in your life to get stronger. I know all of this probably sounds stupid but it’s helps me cope sometimes.

I agree, getting over a breakup takes time. Do you have anyone to talk with about this, a parent or a friend? A therapist? I’ve been talking to a therapist lately and I find it helps. You can get through this. Don’t be too proud to ask for help if you need it.

It will take time. Try to do things you love to do. Injoy your freedom
