I had my TSP caught very young! Actually by my grandfather noticing I was running weird during teeball. I do not remember any major intrusive or painful testing that had to be done personally, all I have to remember it is a fat scar that looks like a tramp stamp of a centipede. Definitely get it diagnosed ASAP if you think you have it, as you can lose a lot of control over bodily functions
