Does anyone else have this problem? I get really anxious the night and morning before going to work. I also get like that when I have anything big going on the next day.
Hmm. Well maybe not the night before. But definitely when showering and getting ready for work I'm a bit anxious. Like getting everything I need, making sure I leave in time to get to work on time etc. I think a lot of people do honestly.
oh so pretty high. Well I'd say just try your best to relax the night before. When you get that anxious feeling just take a deep breath and say you know what? Everything will be great tmrw! And try and refocus on either a good book or a podcast or something before sleeping.
My anxiety peaks right before work or the thought of going to sleep before a work day I try to just focus on not letting those thoughts consume my free time
That would happen to me repeatedly and with increased intensity until I would finally have to quit. Most of my jobs ended that way. I would call out sick so much too. Could not maintain a job longer than 3 months once those panic attacks would start. It's so hard to go to sleep and wake up stressing about going to work. I hope you find some relief for this.
