I didn’t know this until this week or so but with PTSD there’s more than one type of flashback. There’s the normal ones people think of and there’s emotional flashbacks. For the emotional flashbacks I haven’t found something for them yet but I’m working on it!
Grounding exercises are an absolute life saver. Even better if you follow it up with self care and or gratitude practices. 🤗
