Coping with Anxiety and Asthma: Seeking Advice

Has anyone been prescribed singular for at night it’s a pill for asthma I’m afraid of taking it I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ anymore I read the side effects I’m scared

I have anxiety and asthma. Recently while laying in bed I've been getting really tight feelings in my chest. I've taken my peak flow and it's normal so I think it's anxiety. I just lay there and breathe while thinking about random things that get my mind off my chest and sometimes I hold my husband's hand. It goes away after a few mins but it come back every night

I have anxiety and asthma so I know how you must be feeling but how cope with my anxiety is I am on meds for it but when that doesn't work I eat dark chocolate it really helps and I do my breathing exercises and with asthma you just need to try and stay calm and try to breathe and if you have a inhaler use that

My boyfriend actually has asthma and anxiety and he brings his inhaler pretty much everywhere and that really helps.
