Not a question, but a comment. I recently did ART Therapy for PTSD and wow. I was skeptical but seriously i have not felt that much relief in so long. It TRULY helps. I learned so much about my ptsd i didn’t even know. Its tough still because its processing trauma in the mind and body but you are trained to replace it with happy thoughts after. Really recommend it if you have ptsd and it works if you have dissociated too. 🤍
