Tylenol ( just when it's enough to feel it be it gets real bad), Flexaril, Oxycodone, and Robaxin. I only take the stronger stuff if the pain gets to a 4 & it it is beginning to hurt to walk.

I'm still trying to figure out what to do tocbe honest. It's not a one size fits all plan. CBD helps some & not others but look into or get recommendations. Others like different strands of medical grade cannabis or CBD with THC. Anti inflammatory. Heating pads, ice packs, Advil, lidocaine patches, heating patches, stretching, massage with there are pain relief creams that aren't cbd you can look into like Tiger Balm, capsaicin, mediation apps or relaxing music, hot baths with Epsom salts or hot showers when you can, sometimes those don't work and to seek out pain management or your doctor for something stronger but I've found most are reluctant to prescribe any longer than two weeks in my case. I have no history of drug addiction or opiod use etc. I know I was reading ginger and turmeric which I'm using everyday and supplement with curcumin so have to look into that.
