When your having an AMAZING almost symptom free day how do you keep yourself from overdoing it. I seem to go into autopilot and get as much as a I can done in one day and then pay for the next week.
So I do this a lot. What I try to do is remind myself to take breaks like I normally would, even if I feel I don’t need one. I also just remind myself that I’ll pay for it later if I do take it slow haha
