recently I've been really struggling with executive function and specifically getting myself to eat (its daunting having to think about what to eat and to start preparing it), and most times I just end up eating a single granola bar for lunch, it really worries me because ive lost a lot of weight within the last 2 years. any tips or simular/shared experience?

Not sure how much it helps but finding the spoons to make food is an ongoing issue for me too. Don't have much to share in terms of tips, just to keep snacks within arms reach 90% of your day.
